I ordered a plant stand from Anthropologie. the same day I ordered the dog bowls from Chewy. I was so relieved, I completed 2 tasks on my to-do list!
After much searching online and in stores, I finally found a design I liked. I read the description and measurements. The measurements were not very extensive, so I decided to take a chance.
The package arrived and I knew – as soon as I saw the box – it was not the right size – the box was so small – not even close! I didn’t even want to open it. I couldn’t believe it, it happened AGAIN. Strike 2. A few days went by, I finally decided to open the box and take a look at the product. I thought maybe I can use it for another plant some other time, since I did like the design (I hadn’t seen anything like that before). I opened and unwrapped the item and as I was looking at it, I was disappointed to notice the low quality. Another issue, I did not expect from the photos online. If I saw this in person before purchasing I wouldn’t have bought it – the quality was not worth the price.
Start a return again, I think I have become notorious for returns. but its NOT MY FAULT, the pictures are not an accurate representation and the descriptions do not give enough information. there is more a naked eye visual than people realize. online visuals are handicapped because it is displayed through a screen.

I chose to use USPS printing services because it was free, other options were a cost. Which already bothered me, how is it not free returns?
when i brought the package to the post office, it was not sealed because I wasn’t sure if what was to be printed had to go inside, so I figured they could seal it for me since it was a service I was using/paying for. Not sure why I am surprised but the cashier was not helpful at all, actually rude for that matter. he started to complain about how the USPS is in 20 trillion dollar debt, because people won’t pay for supplies. like really thats why you are in debt??!? your in debt because customers stop using your services because your customer service is atrocious.
